The Hub starts with BESS projects because energy storage is the first vertical available on the platform.
Its architecture has been designed to support additional energy-generation and infrastructure projects while maintaining a common experience for project registration, search, analysis, contact requests and specialized services.
A project listed on the Hub has been submitted by its responsible party and has passed the administrative review required for publication. Listing does not represent technical certification, feasibility validation, contracting or any guarantee of project implementation by ePowerBay.

How Are Projects Registered?
Project registration begins with the submission of the EPE/AEGE Data Sheet in PDF format.
This document contains technical and grid-connection information such as power capacity, energy capacity, system duration, manufacturer, model, connection point, voltage level and dedicated transmission-line length.
The platform uses assisted data extraction to pre-fill the registration form. The user reviews, corrects and supplements the extracted information before submitting the project.
After submission:
The project receives a pending-publication status.
The ePowerBay team performs an administrative review.
Approved projects become available in the project search.
Owners can monitor the status of their projects within the platform.
How Does the Hub Protect Project Information?
Confidentiality is a core element of the solution.
The real project name is not freely displayed to other users. Projects are presented under anonymous identifiers such as “BESS-001.”
During document processing, the platform also prepares a redacted version of the project data sheet. Identification and contact information, sensitive corporate data and exact coordinates are removed, while the technical information required for opportunity analysis may remain available.
This allows companies to evaluate opportunities without exposing confidential project information.
What Information Can Users See?
Authenticated users may access initial information such as:
Project code name
State and municipality
Selected technical parameters
Connection voltage level
Dedicated transmission-line length
Approximate location
Companies with full access can use additional search and analysis tools, including more detailed filters and territorial visualization using approximate geographic quadrants.
Even with full access, the search interface does not reveal the exact project location. Exact coordinates are only released when the project owner expressly authorizes disclosure.
How Does the Contact Request Work?
Companies with full access can request contact with a project owner through the project profile.
The owner receives the request and can independently decide whether to:
Share contact information: Authorize the platform to provide the owner’s email address to the interested company.
Share additional project information: Authorize access to the exact location and corporate information of the project company, such as its registration number and legal name.
The project owner can approve both requests, approve only one, or reject them independently.
This structure ensures that project owners remain in control of what information is disclosed and to whom.
